Theresa is an experienced nurse, educator and published writer. She has experience in family practice, cardiovascular nursing, and labor & delivery.

Prior to becoming a nurse, she gained 10 years of combined professional experience in career counseling, academic advising, human resources & recruiting.

Theresa has also written for the Lexington Herald Leader as an expert career columnist. She has published research articles and presented at national conferences.
